Organisations going through intensive periods of change place great demands on their leaders and teams .  At the surface, these demands include gaps in knowledge, skills and capacity.  Underneath, feelings can run high, leading to behaviours that can derail change initiatives.

Leading change

 

I provide highly experienced change leadership, supplementing and supporting senior leaders in the organisation with skilled capacity.

My aim is to agree and accomplish the change needed, leaving the organisation in an improved position, transferring knowledge and skills along the way, and leaving a greatly improved capability to plan and manage large scale change.

Organisation Consultation

My consultation work is highly varied - here are some examples:

​

Portfolio, Programme & Project Management Maturity improvement - putting in place well documented end to end lifecycles at all three layers, tailored to organisational priorities and existing capabiltiies.

​

Portfolio Design, Planning & Initiation - helping organisations to set up effective Portfolio level governance, processes and supporting information flows.

​

Designing a large scale change initiative at the Programme level - planning, sequencing and prioritising change projects within a programme using structured MSP method, processes and products.

​

Target Operating Model / Blueprint production - the design intent for a large scale programme of change or a whole portfolio - providing clear scope of changes tightly linked to strategic improvements and associated benefits required.

Coaching individuals & teams

 

Work includes:

Helping team members identify and adopt their roles in change.

​

Assessing relationships & behaviours within teams and supporting positive development.

​

Helping teams understand how they are perceived - collectively and individually - bringing the organisation into the room.

​

Assisting governance bodies to ensure that collective behaviour enables their primary task to be fulfilled.
